For almost 40 years, Super Stud Building Products, Inc. has been a proud manufacturer of steel framing components and accessories for the construction of commercial, institutional and residential structures.

Headquartered in the Tri-State area of the Northeast and with a new plant in Mississippi, Super Stud has successfully met the needs of the most demanding design professionals and contractors in the industry. Our commitment to producing quality products, with a constant focus on design innovation, allows us to expand our brand to markets across the country.

 
Super Stud recently introduced the new EDGE™ EQ Steel Framing System. This product is the first drywall product to truly put the safety of the framer first. We also offer a wide variety of standard and custom sections, and complementary accessories to satisfy the requirements of any light gauge steel application.
 
Our Product Development staff subjects each new product to rigorous in-house and field-testing procedures to ensure their capabilities and compatibility for real world use. Our manufacturing facilities incorporate state-of-the-art technology and equipment for shearing, roll forming, slitting, stamping and brake forming, enabling us to satisfy the most demanding production schedules, without compromising quality. Our metallurgical lab is fully equipped and certified to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards as well.
 

Super Stud has always played an active role in steel industry associations and organizations. We are voting members of numerous committees of the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), the Association of Walls and Ceilings Industries (AWCI), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International) and the Steel Framing Alliance (SFA). Our company has also been a leading member of the Association of Steel Distributors (ASD) since the mid-1980s.
